Job Introduction
Our Adult Social Care Community Occupational Therapy and Adaptations Service plays a vital role in supporting residents to live independently and safely in their homes.
We respond to enquiries and referrals, offering advice, assessments, and practical solutions to help individuals overcome challenges in daily living—such as mobility, personal care, and home access.
We’re located across community settings in Milton Keynes and work closely with health and social care partners to ensure the best outcomes for our residents.
A recent highlight for our team includes the successful rollout of a streamlined triage system, improving response times and service delivery.
As an Occupational Therapy Support Assistant, you’ll be a key part of this effort—triaging referrals, providing advice, recommending basic equipment, and supporting people with minor adaptations.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in care or public service, but it also offers a great opportunity for those starting out in the field who want to make a difference.
This is a site-based role.
Interviews for this role will be on 29 July.
