EHC Practitioner

Job Introduction

We’re looking for an exceptional EHC (Education, Health and Care) Practitioner to join our solution-focused SEND team. You will be part of EHC Specialist Teaching Team supporting children with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities.

This dynamic and experienced team works with schools, delivering educational packages directly to children and young people, and a wide range of agencies.

Main Responsibility

  • To deliver educational packages to children and young people with an EHCP in Milton Keynes who have either moved to the area or where placements have broken down.
  • To work within schools and settings advising and modelling good practice for children and young people with EHCPs.
  • To write and deliver outcomes for children and young people.

The Ideal Candidate

  • To be successful in this role you will be an experienced practitioner, with a passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities. 
  • You will be a good team player and have a positive, resilient outlook with the child or young person at the centre.  
  • A full driving license and access to a car is essential as you will be requested to travel to settings outside of Milton Keynes.
