Our lawyers deal with criminal and civil litigation, licensing, regulatory, and other legal matters. The team is developing following the appointment of new leadership, and we’re seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join us.

This role may be suitable for home working, following an assessment. Home-based roles require a minimum of one day in the office/site per week.

Main Responsibility
- Drafting and preparing legal documents.
- Liaising with a range of individuals and organisations including the court, police, counsel and experts.
- Undertaking legal research.
- Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed to a high standard.
The Ideal Candidate
- We are looking for a highly motivated and keen individual to join a thriving litigation legal team.
- You must be able to use your own initiative, be proactive and have excellent organisation skills in order to fulfil the role of providing a dedicated support to a range of lawyers dealing with all matters relating to the litigation team's responsibilities.
- You will possess excellent communication skills, have a positive attitude and be able to manage competing tasks in a demanding area.

Our roles are either designated ‘site based’ or ‘home based’. ‘Site based’ roles can include up to two days a week working from home whilst ‘home based’ roles are based at home four days a week. Of course, managers designate which category roles are in based on the needs of the service and the circumstances.
