Job Introduction
We are looking for a Team Manager to join our progressive and strengths based Mental Health Social Care Team. You will need to be a qualified social worker who has a keen interest of working in a mental health setting. We are looking for someone who can drive change and is able to inspire and lead the team to deliver a high performing service.

Main Responsibility
- We are looking for someone who can effectively manage the team and drive change by using performance data and reflective supervision.
- Effectively manage risk through robust multi agency working in line with local policies and procedure.
- As a manager you will need to be proactive, resilient, and responsive to a team that are responsible at times for managing complex crisis-based work.
- You will need to be able to inspire and lead a team providing visible leadership with clear direction.
The Ideal Candidate
- A registered Social Worker, with Social Work England with at least 3 years post qualified experience and some experience of managing and supervising staff.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Creative thinking with the ability to motivate, inspire and lead a team
- A passion to improve the quality of live for those living with a mental health condition.
