We are a home care team that provides support to Adults (18+) with a wide variety of care needs and the purpose of our service is to enable people to remain living in their own homes as independently as possible.

We are looking to recruit a full time Scheduler to our team who will be responsible for planning our carers daily work, allocating care calls to them. There is a real focus on making sure that we provide regular carers to those that we support, whilst also trying to make sure that the carers visits are planned as efficiently as possible to minimise travel across the city.

Main Responsibility

  • Planning carers daily work, making sure that the know who they are visiting to provide care and support.
  • Making sure that all planned care visits have a carer allocated to them, ensuring that no visits are missed.
  • Managing the services Customer Management and Scheduling system, making sure all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Making sure that any carer absence is recorded accurately on our Scheduling system.
  • Overseeing carers planned annual leave.
  • Work with the administrators in the team to plan and book training for care staff.
