Job Introduction
As Park Ranger at Emberton Country Park, Britain’s first country park, you’ll be an effective ambassador for Milton Keynes City Council by ensuring that park visitors and contractors have a safe and enjoyable experience.
You’ll be part of our friendly and supportive Environment Team and will be based in a beautiful, busy setting where no two days are the same.
If you enjoy people, nature and using your practical skills alongside some office work in the gatehouse, this could be the right job for you.
This is a fixed term contract until end October 2023.
The role shares a rota working pattern across the whole week including regular weekend work from 9am to 5pm with occasional working until 7pm.

Main Responsibility

Excellent communication skills

Carry out occasional maintenance duties, or organise for them to happen
