Landscape Operative – Temporary (winter) contract 2025-2026
4/5 days per week (winter hours) £14.59p/h
Duration: 1st of November – 1st of March (Negotiable)
Based out of our Oldbrook Depot, we are seeking a hardworking and reliable landscape operative to join our team for the upcoming season. This is a hands-on, outdoor role that primarily involves operating heavy machinery and equipment in all weather conditions.

Main Responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
• General grounds maintenance throughout the winter months
• Safe and efficient operation of landscaping equipment, including hedge cutters, chippers and blowers
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting the team with additional outdoor tasks as required

The Ideal Candidate
Requirements:
• Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or similar outdoor work preferred
• Ability to operate heavy machinery and tools safely
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying and sometimes extreme winter conditions
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
• Valid driver’s license preferred
